You retain ownership of your uploaded data. By uploading files, you grant ExcelIQ permission to process data for generating AI results. We do not sell your data.

5. AI Disclaimer

ExcelIQ uses artificial intelligence. AI outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing results before making decisions.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features require paid subscription. Pricing may change at any time. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are only provided where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The ExcelIQ platform, UI, branding, and AI system are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse AI features, or attempt unauthorized access.

9. Limitation of Liability

ExcelIQ is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, AI inaccuracies, financial losses, or business damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where ExcelIQ operates.
